Birth Doula Services

  • I am available by phone and email from the moment of hire

  • Two prenatal visits in your home where we discuss what you envision for your labor and delivery, partner support, any concerns about labor and delivery, vaginal and cesarean birth options, and postpartum planning. Comfort measures and labor positions practice.

  • On call support beginning two weeks before your due date

  • Support throughout your labor and one to two hours after baby arrives

  • Photographs during labor and delivery, if desired (via client’s phone)

  • Body feeding support

  • Hand expression/pump support, including prenatal colostrum harvesting education

  • One to two postpartum visits in your home to answer questions about basic newborn care, support body feeding, processing of your birth experience, and help with the transition into parenthood.

  • Support with babywearing. I support my families with their carriers and have a lending/teaching library of carriers for families to practice with.

  • A typed timeline of your labor and delivery

  • Community resources and books

Availability and Fee:

I support a maximum of three families per month, so please contact me for availability. My fee is $2,500 for birth doula services. $1,250.00 is due upon hire as a non-refundable retainer fee, and the other $1,250.00 is due at our first prenatal meeting.

I am also a birth doula through the Swedish Hospital Birth Doula Program.
